For Agents

  • Load Template

Electronic signature is meant to make your life easier.  With that in mind, make sure to use the “Load Template” feature when placing your signature requests, this will save you time.

  • Create a Template

Create your own personalized templates for in-house documents/forms that you regularly send for signature. To do this, first place the signature blocks as required, then, simply click on “Save Template”.  The next time you have to get that form signed, click on “Load Template” and quickly get your signature blocks where they need to be!

For Admins

  • Closed Transactions Activity

With this report you can pull a list of Closed Transactions for a specific period and you will see how any given transaction affected your various bank accounts. This is a great tool to quickly identify, by transaction, any balances sitting in an account that should be at $0. In addition, it will also show you how much money was sent back to your General account for each one of those transactions.

  • Commission Calculation List: Real Estate / Admin Reports / Commission Calculation List

“Commission Calculations List” is a report that everyone should know about.  You will find the report in Real Estate/Admin Report. It lists all the transactions that you’ve closed in the system, whether they are paid out, partially paid or not at all.  You can query a specific period and several sorting options are available such as by Transaction Address, by Date, by Agent or File Number.

For All Users

  • Report of Required Document

File compliance is of utmost importance when it comes to board regulations.  In order to have a good pulse on your files’ status when it comes to required documents, we recommend you use the “Report of Required Documents” report.  You will find this report in Real Estate/Office Documents. Use it to pull out all the transactions that are missing a specific document, FINTRAC for example.  Or generate a list of all non-compliant transactions for a specific agent, where documents are missing, and automatically send them that report.
